 1、本產品采用高級進口丙烯酸樹脂和高級顏料經過細制研磨加工組合而成，適用范圍：處理后PE，PP，BOPP，LDPE,HDPE等絲印移印，常溫25度，低溫48小時，不需烘烤，即可獲得優異的附著力。 2、產品特性：亮光、附著力佳、流平性佳、硬度強、耐酒精、抗刮傷。 3、色澤：26色常用色，其他特殊顏色可以調配，可用于絲印，移印（需添加相應的溶劑不建議使用劣質稀釋劑稀釋） 4、固化劑：本產品常溫下必需添加配套加固化劑，否則會影響其效果，有可能會結團反應，低于10度干燥速度會更加緩慢 5、印刷適合粘度攪拌均勻，根據當時的實際環境條件選用稀釋劑：快干、中干、慢干稀釋劑，一般情況為冷天（≤15℃）選用快干劑，而熱天（≥30℃）選用慢干劑。 6、使用期限：壹年，過期請慎用，加了其他助劑剩余油墨不可回收。 7、不得與其它類型油墨混合使用，否則容易出現其他附著力，化學反應等不良現象。 說明 本系列基本色及網點四色重金屬含量均符合歐盟ROHS、歐洲EN-71標準及美國ASTM標準。 油墨使用安全規則 1．各種承印物料的外觀相似，務必確認承印物的材料是否相符，客戶需先試印，確其符合要求后，再批量生產。 2．做好被印物的表面清除油脂及雜質以促進附著效果，在移印過程中如出現拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可; 3．未經允許情況下，不得將本系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色，環境溫度過低，將會影響油墨原有的質量。 4．注意作業車間的濕度，濕度過大會影響附著力，溫度高容易堵網。 5、使用時注意施工場所的通風狀況良好。盡量避免皮膚直接接觸 6、本品不慎濺入口、鼻、眼、耳內，應用大量水清洗或直接求助醫生。 7、對本品過敏者，使用前應涂覆一層皮膚扶膚膏或戴不滲透手套。 8、根據氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗處15度-30度環境下存放，油墨，稀釋劑使用及儲存時嚴禁煙火 警告：本技術資料只作用戶起指導作用并擔保和承諾。敬請用戶根據本身實際情況先行試用。
